CeramaClad ARII is a silicon carbide based ceramic polymer coating with paint like viscosity. The ceramic epoxy novolac composite matrix is formulated to provide a low friction surface while protecting against wear by extreme sliding, fine slurry erosion and corrosion. The surface finish is modified with surface-clean technology improving the slip and cleanability of the ceramic epoxy coating.

CeramaClad ARII is easily applied by brush, airless spray, plural component spray or our
convenient cartridge spray system in a 1:1 volume ratio. The ceramic polymer technology is reinforced with fibre and a high loading of ceramic filler to improve toughness and performance. The coating is suitable as a lining for continuous immersion service up to 122°F (50°C). As a lining, the thick film characteristic of this polymer allows for outstanding corrosion pitting coverage and edge retention. This 100% solids, zero VOC, solvent free coating technology offers fast return to service and is designed for application versatility and performance.
