GreenShield XT is an inorganic water based ceramic coating technology incorporating an advanced proprietary blend of ceramic additives. The coating is designed to achieve maximum slag release characteristics on metallic surfaces subjected to high temperature slag agglomeration. The slick dense surface of the coating provides a release film reducing the tenacity of the slag to the boiler tube. This single component technology is 50% solids by weight containing zero VOCs.
